Hybrid Training Methodology

Concept Class
All participants attend a theory class that focuses on the Concepts. Wherever required, this session also demonstrates how Concepts are transformed into computer applications in the lab.

Practice Lab
The theory class is followed by the lab session where participants learn to implement the Concepts using a prevalent tool.

On-Line Training Lab
Participants gain extra knowledge on the tool by surfing through web-based pages and lab exercises that are solved at the end of the session.

Directed Learning Class
In the Directed Learning class, participants get to clear their doubts and obtain practical tips on computer usage.

Evaluation
Examinations are conducted periodically to evaluate each participant. Rigorous training and periodic tests are part of preparation for the International Certification Examinations. Participants are also evaluated through on-line examinations
