ITECITEC/ SCAAP Programme
Under it and its corollary SCAAP, 156 countries in Asia, Africa, East Europe, Central & Latin America, Pacific and Small Island countries are invited to share in the Indian Development experience acquired over five decades of our existence as a free nation. India spends about Rs.500 million annually on ITEC activities. Over 35000+ candidates from across the globe have been trained since its inception.
Aptech & ITEC/SCAAP: Partnering for a better futureThe Ministry of External Affairs- Govt. of India, has entrusted Aptech to provide quality IT training to participants across the globe. Aptech has conducted many courses for the ITEC/SCAAP participants from countries like Suriname, Russia, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, Guatemala, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Palestine, Nigeria, Mauritius, Iraq, Sri Lanka, Vietnam, Mongolia, Botswana, Turkey, Myanmar, Panama, Egypt, Bhutan, Ghana, Zambia, Muscat & Armenia, to name a few. Aptech conducts its ITEC/SCAAP Programme in Delhi, the capital city of India. Delhi is an international metropolis with excellent tourist spots and recreational facilities. Delhi is not a place in seclusion; it is by nature a homogenous city, which is ready to assimilate all incoming influences whether they are people, culture or the languages. Delhi is well connected by air and railways. The State has hotels of star and non-star category catering to the needs of the tourists visiting Delhi. Besides, it has resorts, restaurants and cafes, which cater to the needs of all segments of travelers. Delhi offers a multitude of interesting places and attractions. Old Delhi is home to many mosques, forts and other monuments that depict India’s Muslim history. The important places in Old Delhi include the majestic Red Fort, the historical Chandni Chowk, besides Raj Ghat and Shanti Vana, the last two being memorials, constructed after India’s Independence in 1947. New Delhi, on the other hand, is a modern city designed by Edwin Lutyens and Herbert Baker. It is a spacious, open city. Notable attractions include the Rashtrapati Bhawan, the one time imperial residence of the British Viceroys; the India Gate, a memorial raised in honour of the Indian soldiers martyred during the Afghan war; Qutab Minar, built by Qutub-Ud-Din Aibek of the slave Dynasty; and the Lotus-shaped Baha’i Temple. The spectacular Akshardham Temple, the latest addition to Delhi’s archi-tectural wonders, is one of the biggest and most intricate places of worship ever constructed.

The Pink City of Jaipur houses monuments and archi-tectural wonders such as Hawa Mahal, Amber Fort, Jantar Mantar, Maharaja Palace, Birla Mandir & Albert Hall.
