Terms & Conditions

  1. All enrollments must be accompanied with full payment, 15 working days before commencement of course(s).
  2. Cheques are to be crossed and made payable to: AGLSM SDN. BHD.
  3. 50% of the standard course fee will be charged if written notice of cancellation/ postponement is received less than 5 working days prior to course commencement.
  4. 100% of the standard course fee will be charged if written notice of cancellation/ postponement is received less than 3 working days prior to course commencement.
  5. Course fees are fully refundable if cancellation is notified at least 15 working days prior to course commencement.
  6. Upon confirmation of enrollment, participants who wish to make any postponement or cancellation shall arrange for a replacement to attend the course as originally scheduled.
  7. All training courses/ packages will be valid for 1 year from official receipt issue date.
  8. No lessons will be conducted on gazetted Public Holidays in Malaysia or on Sundays.
  9. AGLSM SDN. BHD. reserves the right to cancel courses and/ or to make amendments to its teaching staff, courses’ schedule and outline, if the need arises, without prior notice.
  10. Participants are to observe Malaysian Copyright Laws on intellectual properties such as software, reference materials and training courseware.
