Terms & Conditions |
1. |
All enrollments must be accompanied with full payment, 15 working days before commencement of course(s). |
2. |
Cheques are to be crossed and made payable to: AGLSM SDN. BHD. |
3. |
50% of the standard course fee will be charged if written notice of cancellation/ postponement is received less than 5 working days prior to course commencement. |
4. |
100% of the standard course fee will be charged if written notice of cancellation/ postponement is received less than 3 working days prior to course commencement. |
5. |
Course fees are fully refundable if cancellation is notified at least 15 working days prior to course commencement. |
6. |
Upon confirmation of enrollment, participants who wish to make any postponement or cancellation shall arrange for a replacement to attend the course as originally scheduled. |
7. |
All training courses/ packages will be valid for 1 year from official receipt issue date. |
8. |
No lessons will be conducted on gazetted Public Holidays in Malaysia or on Sundays. |
9. |
AGLSM SDN. BHD. reserves the right to cancel courses and/ or to make amendments to its teaching staff, courses’ schedule and outline, if the need arises, without prior notice. |
10. |
Participants are to observe Malaysian Copyright Laws on intellectual properties such as software, reference materials and training courseware.
