Aptech Expands its Reach in Maldives

Maldives, July 26, 2011: Aptech Limited, a global leader in learning solutions, today announced its three new centers - Aptech Computer Education, Arena Multimedia, and Aptech Hardware & Networking Academy - in Maldives. Aptech enters the Maldives market through a franchise model in partnership with International Institute for Professional Development (IIPD).

The three brands were launched by an official of Ministry of Education, H.E. Dnyaneshwar M. Mulay - Indian High Commissioner to Maldives and H.E. Rear Admiral A.S.M.A Awal - Bangladesh High Commissioner to Maldives, in presence of parliament members, corporate heads, educational institutes head’s and students.

Ninad Karpe, CEO & MD, Aptech Ltd., said, “Aptech has brought the latest course curriculum in IT and its best practices to Maldives. However, there is a huge demand-supply gap of IT professionals in the country and in order to bridge this gap we are planning to further expand our presence with the franchise model which will help us to make available IT education and animation education in every corner of the country.”
