Aptech is the implementation company for a collaborative initiative between the governments of India and Commonwealth of Dominica (Dominica), which involves imparting IT and animation training at the Center of Excellence in Information Technology (CEIT), Roseau, Dominica. The CEIT has been operational from May 2016 and will be managed by Aptech for a period of 2 years.

A graduation ceremony of the CEIT was conducted at the Dominica State College on June 2, 2017, awarding over 150 students. While 31 students graduated with distinction, 73 graduated with credits and 36 received certificates of participation.

Kelver Darroux, Minister for Information, Science, Telecommunications and Technology of Dominica and H.E. Bishwadip Dey, Indian High Commissioner to Trinidad & Tobago graced the occasion. This was the first ever graduation ceremony conducted by the CEIT at Commonwealth of Dominica and it was a huge success.
